Located near the first class amenities of Park City, Utah, and less than an hour from Salt Lake City Airport, this mountainous area offers many seasonal outdoor recreation opportunities.
The home sits 300 ft. behind a historical, 110 year old, Bed&Breakfast known as "The Woodland Farmhouse Inn". A gravel lane winds between the rustic old barn and outbuildings to the Southern 2 acres of the property which has neighboring horse pasture on 3 sides.
The house has spacious 9-11 ft. ceilings and beautiful woodworking detail. It accommodates 8 people using 1 King, 2 Queen and 2 twin sized beds, beautifully appointed.
An 800 sq. ft. apartment, located above the garage, may also be rented to sleep 2-4 more people and will add another family room, kitchen and full bath to the accomodations.
Come and stay awhile in the beautiful Upper Provo River Valley (at 7000 ft.) where we have cool summer nights, snowy winter days, colorful autumn leaves, lovely spring flowers and often have some great wild-life sightings.

- Pet Friendly: We have a Chocolate Lab that sleeps in the garage as he keeps the skunks and raccoons away. Large dogs are welcome to join him. Smaller dogs are allowed in the house with a $100 damage deposit.
- Kid Friendly: Parents are responsible for their children's cleanliness and safety around a shallow pond and stream bed that exists in the summer. The barn and outbuildings are off limits to guests and their children unless accompanied by the owner(s).
